The view from our room was absolutely stunning, with snow-capped mountains visible from both of our balconies. the spacious room itself was also quite comfortable, providing us with plenty of space to relax and enjoy our romantic escape. We also really appreciated how close the hotel was to the main attractions in the area, making it easy for us to explore the beautiful surroundings.
the worst by far was the poor quality of the food.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a balcony that offered amazing views of the snow-capped mountains. The location was perfect, as it was close to the main attractions and yet quiet enough for a peaceful stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I particularly appreciated the convenient parking and transportation options available. The breakfast provided was delicious and hearty, and the staff were really nice too make my stay nice. They were accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help.

The bathroom lacked adequate protection to prevent water from seeping out during shower time.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and offering breathtaking views of the mountains. The service was top-notch, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with amenities like tea and coffee facilities, free toiletries, and a flat-screen TV. The staff went above and beyond to fulfill all our wishes. We also enjoyed the delicious Georgian food served here, as well as the cooking masterclasses that allowed us to experience the local traditions and culture. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel was excellent. We were able to easily explore the surrounding attractions and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the area. The staff was accommodating, especially with our young children. They were really nice too make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel created a warm and cute atmosphere during the Christmas season, making our experience nice. The breakfast and dinner provided were delicious and satisfying, offering hearty meals for the whole family.
